Former Jazz Player Going to Prison

Following the investigation, charges were filed in the second district Federal Court of Illinois by Chicago's DA's office, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Five days later, Keon Clark was taken into custody during a traffic stop by officer Olden Polynice.

I believe you are right on those two. Clark was here and got traded with the Hand to Phoenix for Tom Guggliotta and draft picks the year after Stockton and Malone left. I believe one of those draft picks ironically turned into Snyder.
 
He played two games for the Jazz. Two. I guess he is technically a Jazz man seeing as he logged four points and seven rebounds total, but I wouldn't use him as a poster child for 'Jazz guy'.

Yes you do. Whaley ran a drug house, Snyder broke into his neighbor's house and assaulted him.

Whaley absconded while on parole in Michigan for the drug house offence, but was then arrested in Utah for possession of marijuana, which he had concealed between his butt cheeks, a unique combination of dope and crack. He gave the arresting officers a false name but they recognised him as former Jazz player Bobby Williams. He was extradited to Michigan to serve the remainder of his sentence.

Snyder spent time in a mental institution as well as jail for his offence, to which he pleaded not guilty due to insanity. He's not in as bad a way as Luther Wright, but he's clearly playing with an extra joker in his deck.

Personal problems

In January 1994, police found Wright at a highway rest area west of Salt Lake City, banging garbage cans and smashing in car windows.

After the season with Jazz finished, he entered a mental institution. Still during his NBA stint, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and left the team. In 1996, he was released from a psychiatric hospital after a 30-day admission. Under his contract agreement with the Jazz, Wright was to be paid US$153,000 per year for 25 full years."

Though I think it's cool he's getting paid $153,000 for 25 years. He may be crazy, but he had a smart agent!
