This thread is stupid. It does not take in account what it would mean for our future.
1. Bringing Boozer back is terrible idea on many levels. This isnt NBA 2k. Much more goes into having someone on your team than just stats and money.
2. What the hell are we going to do with Butler when his rookie deal is up? We have to be very careful of the salary structures and the timing of them. It would be better for us to use the GS pick on someone that will have a rookie deal longer than having Butler would. Its of great benefit to have good help that is on a rookie deal. Its for the same reason that you wouldn't want to draft 5 top ten picks from the same draft. Because inevitably you would have to get rid of some of them, if you drafted really well. In fact, it would be better to just exchange our picks(at least the GS one) for a future pick, so that we could employ cheap help for when the team is peaking.
