Two other points: First, Having 6 players who are all worthy of very high salaries would hardly be a bad thing. Having assets gives us options. Look at OKC with 3 stars and what they did to get assets for Harden, positioning themselves for sustained title competition. Second, the probability of having 6 players all worthy of very high salaries is nil. Out of our 5, we have only 2 in the "top 25 under 25" and Kanter, Burk and Burks all show flashes but have a LONG way to go to be in the top 5 for their respective positions (and therefore commanding that sort of money).
So I advise you kindly, sir, that your fretting will likely be for naught. Good day

The Warriors pick will not be 15-19, it will either be 21-23 (70 % probability) or 12-14 (30% probability). The Eastern bottom 5 playoff teams will "earn" 15-19 for sure.
The warriors won't be bad enough to be at 16. Maybe Harris will fall to somewhere in the 20s and we can get him with that GSW pick.

Seriously dude put down the crack pipe. I am a big fan of Alec but how about waiting until Alec consistently performs well for a full season before you think he is better than Wiggins/Parker. Are you saying that Wiggins won't improve? THe Jazz are going to lose player no matter what they do. They are not going to be able to keep the Core5 together especially if Alec is as great as you think he is. The Jazz are going to need cheap rookie contracts.
This board is crazy one Jazz win and people are screaming the tank is over. GS wins a game and they are going to get the 23 pick. It is a long season and until April no one really knows where the Jazz will be or GS. Right now GS is a borderline playoff team in the West. The Jazz have won a few road games but they still have one of the worse records in the NBA. I think both the Bucks and Kings won last night so the win by the Jazz was as big because their competitors also won.
Have you been paying attention? The jazz have more than one win and the Jazz team that started the season with the worst record is not the Jazz team playing now.
