What's new

when will we hear news of Kanter ?

yea, he makes 20 10 in what? every 15 matches? so good to be witness of him making it 5-6 times in a season then. He's gotta be strong not just physically but mentally too. He seems like just a rookie out there. No hustle, energy and his body language is even worse.

I would like to see your body language if you are the only player of the team that is not allowed to make mistakes without repercussions!

He's not a rookie anymore who does not know any American culture, language, NBA game etc. It's his 3rd year and he's gotta give something back to Jazz. I am the one who's been following him since his youth team but ı was really not expecting him to play that bad in his 3rd year. He's regressing in all areas he was good before (Boxing out, rebounding, post up defense, post up offense, not being able to draw any foul etc.) It's professional world and potential should not be just any excuse for him, he just gotta make it happen.

He would have more 20 and 10's but they are hard to accumulate from the bench

Give him 30 games in a row at least getting 25-30 min a game and then we can judge him better.

He's not the only player on the team. How do you think his teammates will respond to him getting those minutes before he's able to use them productively? He was given those minutes to start the season, and would still be getting significant minutes if he didn't play like absolute **** most of the time.

****ing fanboys...

He was putting up good numbers when he was in the starting lineup. Hayward played as absolute **** for almost 10 games in a row but he was still in the starting lineup and getting the same minutes.

He need solid playing time to make experience...if he can't get these minutes in a tank year it means he is not in Jazz future plans.

Look at the thread's capture, good to see you understood it at last.

He was in fact given minutes in the starting lineup to start the season...... and there were threads where we were worried that we would have to give him the max cause he was playing so well....... and he didn't get to play with trey burke in the lineup.... and in case you didn't know, Trey burke is better than john lucas and jamaal tinsely...... and he was coming off an injury

****ing haterz.....

Hayward is a proven player, Kanter hasn't shown much. Apples to oranges, my friend.

Fishbro, I admire your dedication.

Kanter looked raw again last night, which is a good sign. He created good looks out of aggression but missed them. It gave me hope again even if he looked like **** overall.

Ya and tbh he has looked like garbage quite often, but this has been a strange season and I would like to see him in the starting lineup playing major minutes with the rest of the youguns (especially trey) to be able to have a more accurrate evaluation of how good he is/can become.

If we pick up more losses along the way with kanter starting instead of marvin, then I don't have any problem with that.
(Though I understand what gvc said about the other players maybe having a problem with it)

Best case scenario is we can trade marv soon
Second best case is marv gets hurt

Marv deserves his min, nothing is wrong about it. Kanter's gotta work till his *** off no doubt about it. Noone is gonna give any present to him to make him happy.
