There are plenty of decisions we can second guess, but the only time I think KOC 'screwed up' was the 2011 draft, both picks.

But yeah, of course Hornacek is better. But my target was Brad Stevens (for a long time).

Not disagreeing with you, but curious who you think we should have picked up instead? Leonard is a big one that comes to mind over Burks

For me it was always more than he should have drafted this guy not that guy. It was drafting players who played the same position as Favors and Hayward, and then having to watch the draftees 1 not play and 2 progress very slowly. Jazz are not in that draft position often and the results have been far less than satisfying.

I liked 4 players in the draft, one has done quite well, another has surprised many with good stats for a bad team, the third is meh like Kanter and the last will be out of the league shortly. All but the last guy have got a chance to play lots of minutes and start.

I never got the unfounded Lowe hate ... If anything, he gives pretty solid halftime interviews that show he knows wtf he's talkin 'bout.


But no, no Lowe, no Phil, no Jerry, no nobody inside the damn organization. You need an outsider with no understanding of what does not work, so is willing to try out a bunch of stuff on the go that is guaranteed to lose 10 games.

I'm being srs when I say that I have heard more than once that Lowe is awful... from head coaches.

Cool, but I don't give a damn about Lowe. Any cheerleader with 3 years hs paying experience and two seasons inside couldn't out tank this season's crop of eastern conference ********. These Jazz players are never going to be THAT bad.

Jazz need designed fail. Hire some megalomaniac with "offensive ingenuity" off Wall Street with degree and pedigree and ****. Then laugh and toast ad scout like crazy.
