Here it is. You want a top 3 guaranteed pick, this is the only way. Join up with Brian Shaw and preach the word!

"In Sum
The Jazz are letting a golden opportunity slip by keeping Burke on the floor. The team already knows what Burke can do. What the Jazz don't know is what they have after Burke -- because the rookie is averaging over 31 minutes per game, leaving table scraps for Garrett and Lucas. Keeping Burke in the game will make the Jazz better, but not good enough to contend for a playoff spot. It's best to bench Burke a few more minutes each game from here on out so Utah has a better chance of getting Jabari."

Who is on board?

I have been asking for an increased role for Clark, Garrett, Evans and Gobert for weeks.

I will second that emotion.

So now we want to develop the core players but only if it doesn't hurt the tank? This is tricky.

There is a fine line there. But I do not think our core players need 35-40 minutes a night to develop. I think averaging them at 30 mpg is enough.

So we have finally come full circle. From "we aren't playing the young guys enough!" to "we are playing the young guys too much!"

;)

There are, fortunately, enough promising young talents that some minute managing is necessary. Walking the line between the two goals this year is not such an easy task. Develop the youth, get a top draft pick.

Guys, tanking is hard. Not every team is really cut out for it. Maybe we just have to admit who we are.

If this team truly goes for wins then we are not a bottom 5 team. I could see the Jazz fighting for the 10th/9th seed out west.

So either they tank on purpose or they go for it. Just what ever they do I want them to commit.

Yea right, everyone is just clamoring for more John Lucas the Turd. He may be the worst NBA player I have ever seen...next to last year's number one pick.

I just wish Trey had a better PG to help mentor him. He could use a Ricky Green.

I think they are tanking without making it look like it's blatant "tank" if you know what I mean?

I have a feeling Stern has this secret formula whereby a team that "blatantly tanks" doesn't get the #1 pick. Lindsey has caught onto that fact and is now playing the game.
