What's new

This will be a duplicate thread in GD.. but relevant all places.

Just so ya'll know, PKM texted me that Cousins is coming.

#PackExtraFood

So nobody will get a chance to mack them because they will always be in the back room with PKM?

And, FYI, I believe it is *are coming.

Cousins homer x 1,000 supersedes hillbilly jokes.

Well, now I know. Between you and Hack, I'm getting an education on:

A) What is funny.

B) When to post funny things.

C) How to look like an *** hat.

Who knows, in a few months, I might be STD material.

Hack not a certified humor advisor. I strongly urge you to ignore his input.

I might be down for that. Maybe rent a van or something. Don't want to bring my own vehicle into Mexico.

Another option is you guys could just pack a van or a gas saving rental car to San Diego and then fly the rest of the way. That would cut the flight tickets in half. Spirit Air has a special flight to Cabo out of there.

I'm not sulking. I just like to have different experiences for myself as well as WITH my family, together.
I don't want my kids to have an overly myopic view of the world. Exploring cultures and meeting people is my #1 goal for a vacation. Not much of that in Cabo. This will be fun, relaxing, and memorable.. as most people aim for, but it will not be life-changing. <---------- that is what I am always most interested in. I am thankful for what I have and where I am in life, but there is no substitute for pushing your own boundaries and recognizing other, just as plausible, realities.

This is a great view to have. I was reading a biography of teddy Roosevelt called "The Last Romantic" and his dad had a view like this for their family vacations. They would do these awesome trips around he world, and have so many great life shaping experiences for their kids.
