What's new

To The Jazz Fan: Let's talk Jeremy Evans :)

Evans has been better than I expected. That said, I don't see him as an integral piece of the team. Need a PF who is a beast down low to compete against physical players and one who can stretch the floor. Evans is neither. He's a good tweener. I'd say he's a 5th big. Keep him around as the 10th/11th player on the team, but don't overpay.
I could see Evans filling the role as the third best player on the 2nd Team. He's shown that he can shoot the ball well out to 18 feet or so, and he's a pretty good rebounder for the limited minutes he plays. Offensively, I don't see his slender frame hurting him, but defensively, he get's abused and is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle.

Evans has proven he can stay in Nba, but only Mr. Corbin can play him over Kanter.

I would like to see Evans playing small forward.

Pretty much this. Sugar dip him all you want, but ya, he's not very good.

Spot on.

1. Evans is underrated! and he plays hard. period.

and

2. I HAVE A QUESTION SIR.

how did lord Voldemort get beat by harry when harry got destroyed by snape? AND VOLDEMORT OWNED SNAPE IN LIKE 1 WAND WAVE.

HOW?!

Good post
Seems like he would be good at guarding stretch fours though

Always been rooting for Jeremy.

Thankfully i have a place to root now. after so long only having a place to watch.

Who is this the jazz fan dude?? He sounds like he knows what he's talking about.

Except he has no wings skills. Unfortunately best suited as a pf. Hell, he can't even play as a stretch 4 let alone a wing. It's sad really the only thing he's improved is his shooting. Still can't dribble pass or one on one defend at any position. I'll give him some credit for improving his shot, but that's about it.

!
Harry Potter math doesn't work like that. It's much like MMA math. Matt Hughes beat Matt Serra, Matt Serra (although a fluke) beat GSP, and GSP beat Matt Hughes. Sometimes it's all about the matchup and the particular night. Maybe Snape was off his game?

Harry got destroyed by Snape? This is news to me. Even if he had, this guy sums it up pretty well:

Not to mention, the only time that Snape ever really went after Harry was when he was still green as a student with very little in the way of magical education.
