Lillard is a perfect case for the tank

With that kind of logic isn't basically any good player ever taken in the top 10 a case for 'tanking'? I don't really understand your point.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jefferson and Williams go on a mini slump. The the probably both disappointed for being on our roster still. Didn't the exact same thing happen to Millsap last year? In fact, weren't most of our 7 vets clearly fighting among themselves after the trade deadline last year because they knew they weren't coming back?

I will deduce for the simpletons: if we build a time machine or find a Delorean on Craigslist, we simply travel back in time, tank the 2011 season and voila, he's ours for the taking.

I have an uncle who can hook us up with some plutonium.

These comparisons of Trey between Lillard and cp3 have just got to stop.

A more realistic comparison is Jameer Nelson.

2 very different players.

nelson is actually a very good player.

but you are underrating Trey's potential.

you are underrating nelson and overrating lillard. and trey doesn't play like nelson. not at all. 2 very differently built players. nelson is a compact pitbull. trey is more fluid athlete with good length. both smart players and trey at the moment isn't asked to do much yet.
