***Official College Basketball Thread***

Just filled out my 1st bracket.

Final Four:
Arizona
UCLA
Wichita St.
Iowa State

UCLA vs. Arizona Championship game

UCLA Champions.

Big Upsets:
ULL over Creighton
ULL over Baylor
Harvard over Cincinnati
St. Joe's over Uconn

SMU was overrated all year cuz they have Larry Brown

Bout to check out this bracket for the first time now

Lol at BYU getting in over SMU.

Yeah, the selection committee is clueless. Vegas must be clueless too as they have 7 seed Oregon as just a two point favorite over the 10 seed BYU. #4 Non-conference SOS, #20 overall SOS, 8-9 vs top 100, 5-6 vs tourney teams, rpi, bpi, kpi, and kenpom all project them in, in addition to what the committee decided and what Vegas thinks. lol, indeed.

For good measure, this is also lol worthy - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mFCMfJwOTTg&rel=0&t=0
Digger and Jay Williams pick BYU in a blind resume, then once they find out they picked BYU they back track.

Having said all that, I wish the utes the best of luck on the road at St Mary's in the National Invitational Tournament. I like Utah's chances - St Mary's is having a down year. Okay, so that's a third lol.

Kansas and Duke are the two teams I'm having the hardest time picking. I want to say they both get bounced early, but I don't know.....

Too bad ISU is in the bracket with Mi St.

Y'all think Kentucky's gonna take K State?

The fact that UK is like 1-9 vs. top teams doesnt bother you?

I think Kentucky has holes. It's definitely a coin flip game to me. I think either one would lose to Louisville in the next round anyway. Witchita has a tough draw. If they were the #1 in any other region, I'd put them in the final four.

There are also several players on the team who have the talent to be able to elevate their levels of play. All it takes is ONE of their freshmen to explode on Wichita-- and all of the sudden you don't exactly have a sure thing anymore.

Yeah, all it takes is a bunch of players who shoot around 40% to have a good game against one of the best teams in the country then they might have a chance to be competitive.

Wichita's backcourt will wipe the floor w/ the Harrison twins.

Their front-court is good enough to keep Randle in check.

The only huge concern would be rebounding.

But is it that big of a deal?

Both teams against Tennessee:

Both teams against Alabama:

Did you watch Florida and UK today? That loss could have been the best thing that could have ever happened to that team this season.

Did you watch Florida and UK today?

Yeah, Florida had so much on the line in that game.

Just another loss to a good team.

I'm not even fully convinced UK can beat K-State. The fact remains they have only beaten 1 good team all year. I guess 2 if you consider Tennessee a legit tourney team (I don't).
