Why would Hoiberg leave Iowa State? He's got a great job in his hometown in a place that's laid back and everyone loves him. He's only been the coach for what, 4 years. Maybe he'll be ready next decade. I'm sure he wants to build that program and win a national championship for ISU and Ames where he grew up.
