Something to consider when considering Randle vs Gordon.
Randle. Can. Hit. Free. Throw.
Only one? Sounds like Gordon.

I can't believe they gave the ball back to Louisville. Sometimes it's genuinely difficult to tell who it's off of, no matter how many times you look at it. This was not one of those times.
There is no comparison between Randle and Gordon - and it has very little to do with the ability to hit FTs.
they are 2 very different players
For those of you pimping Exum, what has he ever done in real games against good competition? Seems like all we have on him are all-star games like the Hoop Summit, or U-19 or U-17 games. I haven't done much homework on him, so it's very possible he's played and played well in some league against good competition, but I haven't seen it. The closest thing I've seen to real game production against good competition are two games in the "FIBA Oceania Championship" when he hardly got in the game and shot 33% FGs and averaged 2 ppg.
Thoughts?
Yeah we haven't seen him against higher competition, but I don't think he would be ranked top 5 by just dominating lower competition like that. Scouts have watched him a lot, he's shown what he is, done workouts.
Btw.. Giannis Adetokounmpo really didn't have much film to break down either and didn't play any real competition.
Right. Randle is much better.
Where was he drafted?
This is sort of beside the point (the point is where he was drafted), but he has a PER of 11 and is playing for the worst team in the league.
but you are comparing apple and orange. randle is a traditional PF who can play down low. gordon is a all around defender who can grow as an offensive player. gordon can turn into shawn marion type. randle will most likely be like zach randolph. apple and orange IMO
i do have randle 3 spot above gordon because gordon is still too raw offensively. but raw doesn't mean he can get better. FT is a huge concern though
15th, but I haven't kept up on him lately.. Like two weeks ago Yahoo! Sports had an article about him being a potential superstar and a steal in the draft?
