I figured this would make it easier for homey to have a thread to post in. The idea is that any information on players in the D-League can go in here, and we can discuss it in here. We don't really need a new thread for all of those guys, IMO. Some players that could be worth consideration:

Kevin Murphy (yup, the one we drafted)
Will Cherry (Great defensive PG, ala Patrick Beverly)
Tony Mitchell (the one from Alabama)
Lorenzo Brown (possible combo guard? nice for a backup)

I'm sure there are plenty more. Anyways, this should be our official D-League, aka homeytennis, thread.

I was always bothered by the name. Why is it called the D-League when nobody plays defense?

I know what it means. Simply dislike the abbreviation when it's not fitting what happens on the court.

Ian Clark: likely better than any of the names listed, but never given much of a chance to play by the previous, veteran-loving coach of the Jazz, you know..."he-who-must-not-be-named."

Did he say this or is this your impersonation? If he did link please!

No, I'm saying all these names get tossed out and we had a player that might be better than any of them getting splinters in his butt. Of course we don't know if he's better because he hardly played. In hindsight, it would have been better for the Jazz AND Clark to have had him just play in the D-League last year.

Ian was MVP of the Vegas Summer League in 2013.
