If PKM is right then I'd hold out and see what happens. If both Philly and Orlando go big then suddenly the Jazz could be looking at Parker/Exum or Wiggins/Exum depending on what goes down.

I think there's a slight chance Orlando goes for Smart/Vonleh, or Philly goes with Randle. But we'd have to be VERY confident that they will for us to not pull the trigger on a trade.

I'd give up A LOT of assets for Jabari, but like a lot of you have said, Bills offer is just a bit too much.

IF we get Jabari I want us to still have one of Hayward or Burks. If we traded Burks to get Jabari then I'd want to see us resign Hayward, but i'd prefer to let Hayward walk and have Jabari and Burks.

We won't ever be closer to nabbing a top player. You have to take a risk. We can't wait til the whole league knows Jabari is a stud. No one will trade him to us at that point. Nor will anyone trade any top player to us.

If Jabari ends up a top 5 player in 5 years that package will seem ridiculously worth it.

Foresight > Hindsight.

Exactly. Youngsters + 5th pick make jazz better. Also if he were not a mormon, would jazz insist on him that much? I really wonder the honest answer

Lolz at not wanting to give up Burks for Jabari.

As mentioned, I'd be willing to put up Burks plus any draft pick this year, and next year or GSW. It's time to try to contend and we'll have to take a reasonable gamble. We're not going to contend by having the league's largest collection of solid role players.
