Dudes... The guy we need to Draft is Noah Vonleh

Vonleh seems very much like a large handed version of Chris Bosh... best case scenario. If we get Bosh out of the draft, we are not swinging for the fences... Perhaps a double at best. I think that Aaron Gordon can learn to shoot. His ability to score will improve. He has more of the 'it' factor than I think Vonleh will ever have. Gordon with the ability to score would be the #1 pick in this draft. He could become one of the top 3 picks from the draft over time whereas Vonleh won't.

Plus... I HATE Brad Pitt. He could have any weem and he settled for the 'Jolis'? Yuck. Go big or go home. That goes for the Jazz, the Brad, and the Bra!

If we traded Kanter though, I be we could get the 7th or 8th pick in this draft and take Gordon or Smart.

However, I don' think we need to trade Kanter for a year.

You do realize Gordon is worse then Hayward shooting off the dribble right. He'll never be a good shooter, and has little to no offensive game other then around the basket and slashing, so he will probably shoot a lot of ft's and miss a lot too.

Vonleh, as young as he is, may grow more. And I know that Favors and Vonleh are undersized to play the 5 but they have ideal size at the 4. As long as Dwight Howard right? Maybe both of them together would be enough.

I think Vonleh and Gordon both have risks, but of the two Vonleh has less risk. I also think Gordon has more upside.
 
But Vonleh creates a logjam upfront. We still have M. Williams remember? If we draft Vonleh one of the bigs is gone. I just don't see how Vonleh is upgrade over Kanter or Favors?
 
I agree with Vonleh at 5. On another post I compared Vonleh to Kevin Love - yet Vonleh is a better defender. I also went into the fact Favor will excel because he will have more one-on-one with his defender when Vonleh moves away from the paint (if Vonleh's defender cheats Vonleh will drain the open jumper).

Also, let's look at Vonleh's college teammates. They sucked. 17-15 record. The PG averaged less than 4 assists per game. Second on the team is Sheeley who averaged 1.8 assists. They weren't getting the ball to Vonleh.

And I swear to God some of you don't follow basketball. To compare Vonleh to Favors is so moronic. Favors can't stretch the floor and Vonleh is a much better ball handler.

Guy is the ultimate Combine/Project player. Didn't score 20 points once this season. Has there ever been a top 5 pick that hasn't scored 20 freaking points in a game? Come on now...
