Also, I just thought of this. We are the coach so to speak. It is therefore crucial to explain why each pick was the best pick and how your team, as it is being built, makes sense from a chemistry and basketball-wise, philosophical sense. Corbin may have been a genius for all we know. But if he can't communicate those ideas and motivate the players (the board members in this case), it means nothing.

Sell your team. Once the tourney starts, sell your philosophy even moreso.
