I don't understand in the first place how to hate the current Lakers team.
They won't win games, other than vs the Jazz, which is good, because it means we're getting a higher likelihood of selecting earlier in the first round.

Kobe won't be streetcat Kobe any longer, he's basically castrated from a baller standpoint.
Steve Nash was only Nashty on the floor. But he's like 95 in basketball years.
Carlos Boozer only cares about his hairline and likes to yell.
Nick Young is the current Shaqtin a fool season award winner.

I wouldn't even know who to dislike currently.

There are some teams to hate just on principle. Doesn't matter if they win a ton of games or not very many. Hate does not wane, it does not waver. These organizations are indeed sons of perdition who can NEVER receive forgiveness in this life: Los Angeles Lakers in basketball, NY Yankees and LA Dodgers in baseball, Dallas Cowboys in football. Used to also include the Oakland Raiders, but they've just been so pathetic for so long. And Al Davis has passed on, taking their sins with them. The same MAY be true for the Cowboys once Jerry Jones dies.
