Well, now that you are a little more familiar with my game, I'm sure you'll do better next time.

I'm looking forward to another chance to just do a game. Now it's time to go bale the hay that was cut some days ago.

well, I was referring to my gaffe looking at my black position upside down and getting disoriented into thinking the black King was the black Queen. At this point, I think I'm the joke.

that's what I was referring to, but esplaining one takes all the steam out of it.

I might hit up the old boards for a refresher to see if I can hang with you wannabe bad as swaddling *****. I haven't played in 15+ years and this thread tickled my outer sphincter.

In the pictures is the king the one that looks like a hat that the pope would wear?

That's the bishop. The king is the one that looks like a crown.

Hello Enes. . . .

I haven't spent this much time on a computer in ages. I don't know what all has gone wrong. . . . that link that generates the images has got me worried. All my links ended up picking up and being taken over by that link. This is the computer we use in my business to do online sales. So it's plan B for our game. I had to delete the link to JF forum. I got slaughtered by Siro, and I'd like to be able to turn the board around and see it from the usual perspective. . . . ha ha well, this is going to change me.

Can you handle the pics if I just give my moves? If you can, I'll make a run on this game right now.

OK, well. . . . I'm gonna get some sleep. Our "jet lag" gap is gonna keep us about one move a day, I expect.

That's the bishop. The king is the one that looks like a crown.
I only see a white piece that looks like a crown.

I knew you were the Queen.

On a real chess set, the King is a little taller, and has a little "cross" on the top. The Bishop does not have that cross, and is shorter than both the King and Queen. It will have a tapered cap and a little tiny ball at the top. In a visual diagram, the multi-pointed tiara-type "crown" is the Queen's crown. The King has a crown that looks heavier and has no tiara "points". I've been reviewing these subtleties because I got confused myself. . . . lol.
