The official fire KOC thread of 2014-2015 season

IMO this should have been done 9 years ago, but WTH..... we promoted him instead and let him call all of the shots. Where has it gotten us?? The KOC experiment needs to end. With any other team in the league he would have been history. The Jazz tend to keep management around until they get a better offer from another team and jump ship. That's why KOC is still with us, no team in the NBA/WNBA/NCAA/ is going to offer him a job in the front office. He's going to stuck with us until the day he die's, and we're not lucky enough to have that happen in the near future. Besides drafting mostly bottom feeders, he lacks the mentality to organize a competitive team. He is to blame for the Utah Jazz downfall which otherwise we were once a well oiled machine and a fine organization. He has turned us into the McDonalds of the NBA. He needs to be fired,,, like 9 years ago fired. Coaches and players have been absorbing all of the blame, but it starts from the top and the results trickle down.

Yes I saw your message that DL is our GM not KOC, however KOC is our Senior Vice President of BASKETBALL OPERATIONS. And currently holds more control than anyone in the front office. DL is a puppet and KOC is at the controls.

Nobody is looking at the Utah Jazz stagnant performance and blaming KOC? I have to wonder if our Jazz fans understand the responsibilities of the front office. They blame the coach and players but not the one guy that is controlling everything.

Nobody is blaming KOC for anything because he doesn't really work for the team anymore. He lives in South Carolina and talks to the team every once in a while. He is a consultant now, not the boss. Greg Miller and Dennis Lindsay run the team.

We're a young team. Some players are showing big progress (Kanter, Hayward, Favors and Gobert), some are regressing (Trey), some are just learning (Dante and Hood), etc. **** happens when you're young.

Kanter could've been a rookie in the 14 draft, but we've seen him on the team for 4 years and therefore expect too much too soon. He's improving now.
