Who are we tanking for?

So last year we were shooting for Wiggins or Parker. But who are we shooting for this year? Obviously, we aren't going to be picking near the top. So if we had our dream scenario, who would we take at #9?

We need another ball handler who can create (since Burke cannot and Exum hasn't shown an ability to do so), we need another 3 pt gunner, and you can never have too many bigs.

Who are we tanking for this year?

our #1 need is definitely a perimeter-defensive specialist who can shoot and make plays. A really physical wing who can guard 1 through 3.
