Rising Stars All Star Challenge

That would suite me well enough...

Gobert stuffing fools, leading to a run-out with Wiggins and Giannis on the wings, Schroeder pushing and Mirotic spotting up.

The thought of Stifle Tower and the Greek Freak on the same team (even if it's the All Star Challenge) makes me a little sad for what might have been. Could you imagine a starting lineup of Gobert, Favors, Hayward, Antentokumpo and Exum? Think about the defensive potential of that lineup without really giving up that much on offense. . . especially with Burks, Hood and Kanter coming in off the bench.

These games are more like who can score the most, defenders don't really get showcased as much. On that basis I doubt Gobert would get too many opportunities to shine.

Rudy plays by his own rules. Nothing can hold down the Rudy. Fools better be hitting their 3s, because Rudy will eat up everything around the rim. Eat. It. Up. Yum.

I was just checking the stats of the sophmore class. Is Rudy getting enough minutes to be in that game? Are his stats good enough? Obvioulsy he should be in that game but you never no which players they choose.

And is Dante a lock?

With most of the rookies injured? Dante just might sneak in. But he's not a lock by any means.

Yeah, don't go screwing around with time travel. If we had found a way to get Giannis we might not have Rudy or Exum. I'm happy with what we have. No need to go get greedy.

That there is what will make it hilarious. The players will be like, "this is an offensive exhibition!" Rudy be like, "Screw you! I'm blocking that ****!"

If criteria is performance this year, Ingles should be in. But I think with "rising stars" theme, people think about Ingles as more mature and closer to his peak, so he may get overlooked. Assistant coaches pick, so who knows.
