Jazz players in the Olympics

Gobert and Diaw should be playing Serbia in the next few minutes. Last time they played before the OQT they got in a mini brawl.
Please please please keep giving updates about Gobert if you watch the game.

Edit: your post was from three hours ago. Game might be over. In that case, how did Gobert do?

Actually was getting off work at the time and had to run errands after. Have not been able to see a boxscore yet. Serbia beat France by 17 though. Was hoping game would be on Youtube by now but no luck.

Hope this easy US exhibition schedule does not come back to bite the US. 3 of the 4 teams the US is playing might finish in last place.

How do you get these? Gobert 16/5 with a block and 6/6 with 4/7 from the line, all in 21 minutes. Great game, that's 24/8 per 32 mins. Diaw with 7/7/1 on 3/4 shooting.
Awesome. Thanks for posting the numbers.

6/6 looks good but dude is huge so...and 4/7 from the line is a big sigh...and the rebounding numbers were just meh too...not that he's gonna be perfect every game of course...would love to see him bounce back with an awesome 5/5 from the line.

Brazil just beat China 91-52. Tomorrow there is a Brazil vs Lithuania game.

Neto played 17 minutes, 2 points, 6 assists, 1 rebound, 1 steal.

Why isn't Fournier on the team? I thought he was supposed to be. He's better than De Colo, who is starting. And if you notice, Parker isn't playing, so this is truly an exhibition game that they don't care whether they win.

Coach decided to go with the team that won the OQT with the exception of Gobert. I think bad choice definitely. Not sure about your Fournier is better than De Colo. But he is definitely better than Diot who made the team.

If France continues to lose, could they not be in the Olympics?

These are just "friendly games". France won the OQT and is in the tournament. They and Spain should still be the biggest threats to the US, but could have been better if Fournier and Ajinca would have been on the team.

I would love for France to be out. Would love for Gobert to be as rested as possible with no injuries.

Well France is in and obviously Gobert will be a big part of the team. They have one more friendly and then the Olympics. Olympics are max 8 games and during round robin they get one day off between games. I think this will only help Gobert be in shape for training camp.

Probably. I'm just paranoid after last seasons brash of injuries including losing Exum for the season. That was soooooo devastating to me. If not for the international play he'd be further along and we'd have an idea what he'd be.
