We would have kept him if we could, but at $2.15M, he's too expensive when we need that space for Conley. Maybe Wright-Foreman makes the active roster.

He’s basically on a minimum contract right now. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them try to bring him back on another minimum deal once he clears waivers.

He may not clear, but this was always going to be the move if they decided against finessing the numbers to try to keep the MLE.

I’m pretty bent about this. I often looked at Neto images while my wife was sleeping. I guess that can continue but I will still miss him greatly.
