What's new

Who you got?

For ***** and giggles. If this were our 15-man roster this year, what do you think Vegas's odds would for them to win a championship? Could this team beat prime Golden State too?
They would be the heavy favorites win it all. Yes, this team could easily beat prime GS.

Tbh Stockton, hornacek, Hayward, Malone and Gobert would kick some ***.

Of course it could and would.
We would be by far the best team the league has ever seen.

Which is not a homer take or even a big deal cause every franchise in the league would easily be the best team in the league if it were made up of it's top 15 players all time.

PF-Malone
PG-Stockton
SG-Mitchell
C-Gobert
SF-Bailey

How does Gobert = only 1 point? But Deron Williams = 5? Even though we've never had a player disrespect the Jazz franchise as much as Deron Williams, he get's a 5??? Weird scoring system, but at least you found 1 person dumb enough to take Deron over the other options (Stockton). Maybe your a Genius who can reveal the stupidity of others with your scoring system?

The scoring should be positional ranks and give you 3 options.

Center: Gobert 5, Eaton 3, Okur 1
Power forward: Malone 5, Boozer 3, Millsap 1
Small forward: Adrian Dantley 5, Hayward 3, AK 1
Shooting guard: Mitchell 5, Horny 3, Darrell Griffith 1
Point guard: Stockton 5, Pistol 3, Dwill 1

This is a little tougher.

Stockton, Malone are locks. So now 5 points on 3 positions. Okur and AK, and Horny round it out for me I guess.

Biggest draft mistakes were

1) selling the #1 pick that became magic Johnson for cash

2) drafting kanter at what, 3? And in the same draft picking Burks over Kawhi? Ugh

3) giving up assets to move up to draft Trey Burke instead of the Greek freak

4) D Will over CP3, although I see this as more of a crap shoot. Coming out of college they were pretty even.

5) giving up Dominique. I know he didn't want to play here but man they just dumped him for nothing.

6) Lopez over Parker. I normally give a pass for late draft flubs because of the substantial drop-off past about pick 12, but this one was just a bad read.

7) drafting Exum at all.

You could probably move them around a bit in order but that's how I see it generally. I don't count taking players that just didn't pan out as mistakes unless they gave up assets to get them because the draft is always something of a crap shoot.
