The official "let's impeach Trump" thread

How hard is it to say

Attacking a 15 year old Trump supporter is wrong?

Running through a tent because the guy hated Trump is wrong?

Attacking and threating terrorism against a Nevada Union because they are against Bernie is wrong?

You won't do it... I'm truthfully sorry to be a jerk but my theory is you guys are 100% ok with it

I'm pretty conservative.
Sorry, @dalamon, that was for the humor. I am actually fairly moderate in most areas. But I disagree with Bernie on too many core issues, and I don't have time to enumerate them here.

As an example, I recently did (again) the isidewith.com survey on issues and this is how I came out:

You can see that Bernie doesn't even make it onto the screen.

Lol fear mongering at its finest. We're in a crisis of a lifetime. Lolol.

Yeah, right. Over 1000 former employees of the Dept. of Justice signing a statement calling on AG Barr to resign, and an organization of federal judges, numbering over 1000, calling an emergency meeting over Barr's recent actions. This is something that has happened during every administration of the past 200 years. Correct? Must be fear mongering, it's such a well worn tactic by federal prosecutors and federal judges, every single time, in every single presidency. Federal prosecutors and federal judges just do this all the time.

I'm tired. Would you mind listing the times, dates ( and links would be great), in which an identical petition, and identical emergency meetings of these federal judges for the past 5 administrations were signed, and held? I appreciate it.

Can you imagine? Former federal prosecutors and current federal judges actually think they know something about the "Rule of Law". That's like a geologist claiming he knows something about rocks, lolol. Imagine their nerve.

Lol they must've been irate when he met with the president on a tarmac.

They're probably irate about this

The report by Inspector General Michael Horowitz details how a team of FBI agents in early October 2016 shared with Steele extensive classified materials, just weeks before the bureau cut off ties with him for leaking his own research to the media. The secrets included foreign intelligence information still considered so sensitive that the IG’s report refers to it even now only as coming from a “Friendly Foreign Government.” In fact, this is a reference to Australia. That country’s ambassador to Britain sent the United States a tip about loose talk by junior Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos. The FBI has described that as the predicate for its Trump-Russia investigation,” Felten wrote.

Further, the FBI, according to the IG report, promised Steele $15,000 to attend the meeting where they provided him the classified information.

What about the juror who is an ardent anti-Trumper? You know conflict of interest and all? Not even a word on that?

Well, I can certainly understand your sarcasm. You believe in an autocratic president. You desire a president who is above and outside the rule of law, one who wields absolute power.

You do not believe that the 3 branches of the federal government enjoy equal status. You do not believe they are co-equal branches.

You do not believe in our federal government's system of checks and balances. Trump ignored the Constitutionally granted power of oversight of the Executive branch, by the people's House of Represenatives, by means of an impeachment inquiry. Like Trump, you believe the Constitution should be ignored where such Congressional oversight is concerned.

You believe, at least where President Trump is concerned, that he can not be held accountable. Ever. When Trump said "Article 2(of the Constitution) allows me to do anything I like", you are completely onboard with his belief in the absolute power residing in the person of the president, as reflected in that statement by Trump. He believes he has absolute power over the Executive and Legislative branches.

Because you love authoritarianism, you feel more comfortable with an Executive that emulates human rights-denying autocratic dictators, then one who defends individual human rights, and a government that is of, for, and by the people. Like Trump, you believe this does not include any people, (citizens of the United States, just like yourself), who disagree with Trump himself. You believe these people are simply imagining that the Rule of Law is being trashed before our very eyes. Of course that is not a crisis to Americans who prefer a dictatorship.

If Donald Trump is reelected, you will support the arrests of those who disagree with him. But wait, I don't know you at all. How can I know all this? Because, again and again, you have broadcast these views, for all the world to see, in this very thread. AG Barr is not the only Trump supporter advocating un-American ideas. Many Americans believe as he does, and you are but one of many such Americans.

I agree that these facts should have been revealed during jury selection. Stupid defense councils for not catching that. I would also suggest you look at the charges, and the total evidence presented. His attorneys are arguing for a retrial now. Not sure they will get it, but we'll see. What was obvious was the evidence for a guilty verdict was overwhelming. Especially damning was witness intimidation, which Stone engaged in, after the other charges were filed. Since witness intimidation is a deliberate effort at obstruction of justice, it is really frowned on by prosecutors attempting to ascertain the truth of a case. It's also a loud broadcast saying "I am guilty, and I am intimidating witnesses willing to demonstrate that I am guilty". Make a freakin joke out of your trial, get caught, and don't expect leniency....

Nope I just see through your ********. You have been trying to get rid of the guy since day one. Hell this very thread is dedicated to getting rid of Trump for absolutely nothing. None of this is surprising. You are the boy who cried wolf. You are a paranoid delusional person who simply cat accept you lost.

I've brought up multiple scenarios where other presidents have completely overstepped boundaries and broken laws while your obsessive *** stayed silent. I have seen every single president since I've been alive abuse powers but unlike you I call it out for everyone not just the guy you're obsessive about.

Fantastic fantasy story though of what i believe. It's the definition of psychosis.

The same witness that said they weren't intimidated?

Also you do realize the FISA warrant that you was a huge part of this was 100% illegal as the FBI lied to get it, right?

Not a word about it, no consequences for that.

I do agree with Barr that Trump need to shut the F up and let him do his job. All he's doing by tweeting is giving the nut job conspiracist ammo and making Barr's life far more difficult than it should be. Trump will never STFU sadly though.

Because people being intimidated or blackmailed always admit to it?
The witness said they didn't feel intimidated, not me. Personally I really don't care about Stone, put his *** im jail but I find it ironic that the lying FBI completely gets looked past and nobody there is getting even a day in jail or even talked about. It's hard to imagine that this isn't a complete one sided affair.

A good morning read.

Trump is winning, and Wall Street is cheering

Readers of this column know I’m no fan of President Donald J. Trump. But it looks increasingly likely he’s going to get re-elected, and Wall Street is responding by pushing the S&P 500 SPX+0.37% and Nasdaq Composite COMP+0.6% indexes to all-time highs, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA+0.28% isn’t far behind.

Of course Wall Street is going to respond favorably to Trump being re-elected. What else is new?

Your attention seeking theory is obviously wrong. There are bad apples in every basket.
