every time they set up a simple pick n roll on top rudy's forced out of position and basically had to play 1 on 2 defensively cuz conley/bojan/whoever gets completed lost in the no man's land through that screen.

If Mitchell really wants to impose his will on the game he should try doing it on the defensive end. The offense is fine, no need for him to force up shots. Defensively is where we really need him to step up his game.

Well you might fault him for playing a little hero ball now and then, but that could also be seen as his role. All I know is that he always comes out to play, and he never overthinks the occasional bad game - in other words he doesn't really slump like some others on this team.
