I mean, the Jazz lost by 1 without their best player while shooting 28% from 3.It's games like this that are why i can never say 'guaranteed win'.
Here i am now, thinking of giving up on a team that is still #1 seed in the entire league.
Jazz dont have their best offensive player and the Wolves are better than their record when D'Lo plays. All I know is that it's time to throw away the strength of schedule argument in the trash and burn it to hell.
Uhh, no. You still take the 3. Neither Clarkson or Ingles can draw fouls and neither are great finishers, so why should they be attacking the basket?Clarkson and ingles 4 from 23 from 3pt territory if your not hitting them take the ****ing 2 instead
My issue is I'd rather have players have SOME doubt. If you don't got it, don't jack up TWENTY (?!?!?!) shots.I mean, the Jazz lost by 1 without their best player while shooting 28% from 3.
I get why people are down. Dudes like Bogey, Ingles, and Clarkson have to step up when the pressure is on and they arent showing they can do that consistently, but the Jazz are still playing really good defense and staying in games even though they dont have their best stuff.
I think a good deal of it is from physical exhaustion. With Mitchell out you are making guys handle the ball a lot more and set-up plays to get others shots, and in turn everyone is expending more energy than usual, pile that onto the truncated season and you have extreme fatigue. It's all mental too.
Meanwhile, Suns starting to pour it on.
Doubt is what leads to the offense stalling out though and that leads to bad pass turnovers like we saw in the previous game. I don't think anyone was taking bad shots tonight. My issue is I'd rather have players have SOME doubt. If you don't got it, don't jack up TWENTY (?!?!?!) shots.
Yeah, what's up with that MT Steve dude? He just shows up when we struggle and then have the nerve to brag about it. "Oh yeah, we are bad, I was right, we suck" "we are going nowhere" "we choke", etc. Is that being a fan? It seems he gets more pleasure by bitching, spreading doom and then gloating when we lose. You sure seem happy about the jazz losing. You seem happy often when the jazz lose. Definitely a more active poster when the jazz are struggling than when they are playing great.
Why should i apologize? I will always give fans flack when they talk up other teams and bag on our own team. That wont change. Just like you dissing the jazz and praising other teams wont change.
It is what it is. Carry on

Yep, hard to really justify it or explain what Rudy was thinking. Extremely out of character mistake from him. Even if they get it inbound to KAT, you live with KAT catching it from 30 feet out. Making him dribble on a guard at 30 feet out and make an off the dribble shot or drive into Gobert. I actually like KAT getting it more in that situation than D'Lo.If Rudy sticks on Russell, it's likely a five second rule.
I have no idea what he was doing. He obviously thought he had the switch.
Look, it's a sunk cost. You lost two games you shouldn't have. Your best player is out and the Suns/Clippers are lurking.
We're still up a game and even though we might not get the #1 seed, you either sack up and show you can compete or you don't. If it's the latter, we're simply not a good enough team and need to retool and do it again.
Dude, if Elijah Hughes isnt touching the court even in extreme garbage time and you see what the dudes who do touch the court are doing, do you really think Hughes has this secret juice Quin doesnt know about? Extremely extremely unlikely. We all pined to see the end of bench guys play all year, we all did, and we saw why they havent been playing.Jazz need to put someone on the floor who can score the ball. I'd still like to see what Elijah Hughes looks like shooting behind a Gobert screen.
