2023 NBA Draft Megathread

Black is superior to Wallace in almost everything. It sounds like all of the draft and NBA guys agree with me as well. DX has Black at 8 and Wallace at 17 which Givony does based off of intel. I’ve been trying to tell everyone.

Wallace is a better shooter, defender, and I think they are about equal in passing and ball handling. What do you mean by almost everything?

It sounds like some teams may be spooked by the back injury… MP Jr fell like 7-9 spots… I could see that happening here.

If we can grab a wing at 9, then I would be fine with JHS at 16. I would be pretty disappointed if he was the pick at 9.
Watching some highlights of JHS. Will need to change his shot profile instead of the 15-18 footers those will need to be threes… and he will need to make a lot more. I guess I see the potential but it’s a much better bet at 16 and he’s not good enough to worry about trading up from 16. Give me Wallace/Black/Bufkin/George all before him.

Or Givony is trying to get clicks for the page.
Why would he risk his reputation for that lol. It’s on ESPN’s paid subscription and a pretty niche topic. His Intel has been solid especially as the draft gets closer. I remember he had Bagley to the Kings over Doncic for weeks and no one believes him.
