I think we harp on shooting a little too much. It’s the one thing that is easiest to work on as you get older if you have good fundamentals and mechanics in place.
On the contrary. Shooting isn't talked about enough.I think we harp on shooting a little too much. It’s the one thing that is easiest to work on as you get older if you have good fundamentals and mechanics in place.
It's by far the most talked about thing. On the contrary. Shooting isn't talked about enough.
By far the most important offensive skill in the modern NBA, and the hardest to become good at if you're still bad in college. The more you improve technically in the League, the less space and time you have to shoot, as you start to get more defensive attention.
There's a reason most NBA players never seem to miss in warmups. They have to be almost automatic with no pressure, to be just OK when the pressure is on.
AK that isn’t a ****ing child and cares about getting better and being a professional? Yeah, I don’t have a problem with that.AK 2.0 is a #1 pick
wasn't it Derek Harper that refused to come to Utah, not Ron Harper?
that game/experience is still one of the most amazing and memorable things i've ever seen as a jazz fan. as you say, his feel and the ease and dominance he displayed were mind boggling. i couldn't believe what i was seeing.I went to AKs first summer league game. I recall being blown away by his feel for the game. He was throwing no look passes. It was so easy for him. AK was hand cuffed by being too early by a generation. In the modern game he would have been awesome. I think I’d rather have AK than Flagg.
You guys buy what Tony is saying about it not mattering? Harper is going to sign with a big agency and I presume it will really piss them off which in turn will have downstream effects.
That’s a really interesting point. The one thing Ive been disappointed with Flagg is that he's not the STOCKS monster I thought he would be. Not that he's been bad in that regard, but I was expecting like averages of above 2 on both steals and blocks.
