trump was on WWE and in movies and TV and the entertainment industry many times. He also hired a WWE person as head of the department of education.

It's also weird that he never talks about that day. He never shuts up about the 2020 election but never brings up when he almost "got assassinated"

Also weird that there isn't more cell phone footage from that event. I know maga is out of touch but they still have cell phones I would think.

I think people jump the gun with the Trump Hitler comparisons. I do think a better comparison is a mob boss like Orban or Putin. These guys have huge egos and they want to make a ton of money. Intimidating companies by abusing state power is Putinism 101.

Sadly, this is one of my main takeaways from this era; the ability for the loud angry trumper to steamroll good decent Americans who attempt to placate to these losers. Whether it be librarians, journalists, elections officials, vaccines, LGBT community, immigrants, etc. people try to compromise with fascists and it always bites them in the ***. Utah recently passed legislation making it harder to vote by mail cuz… election fraud in 2020? Cuz… every Republican nominated still won in this ruby red state? But because Donald made a big stink, our legislature tackled a problem that didn’t even exist.

Paramount/CBS was worried Trump would ruin this deal so they have now thrown their news and now #1 comedian under the bus. Other news agencies will likely follow. And that’s how fascism takes over. We cannot have a democracy when senators are afraid that disloyalty to Orange god king will result in family harm (Murkowski), media outlets are afraid the Orange god king will hurt them, and big businesses and rich people are afraid he’ll use the state to destroy their businesses

I don't think our trolls are Americans. These are not people who care about this country. They may not even be fluent in English. They do not write in their own voice or express their own unique perspective. They ONLY regurgitate propaganda tweets. They offer no value beyond that.

@Jason is there any room to have a requirement that posters post a certain ratio of unique content rather than being exclusively a relay for established twitter propaganda bots?

I don’t have him on ignore, though I only look at a minority of posts. I did notice yesterday, that in the thread I created “The New Dark Age”, with the clear and stated theme of: the attacks on learning, education, science, medicine, etc, that are ongoing in this administration, and characteristic of Trumpism, that he is posting many comments having nothing whatsoever to do with the subject of the thread: Russiagate, naked people parades(?), the Keystone pipeline, Rogan meets Hillary, on and on with comments completely off topic for the thread. Admittedly, with most having him on ignore, most won’t notice. But I do. And I have engaged him at times. I don’t use the quote function, out of deference to those who do have him on ignore. I only noticed his habit of posting unrelated topics in the “New Dark Age” thread yesterday, in going over the thread. It would be good if he stopped doing that in that thread. It’s ignorant, and extremely lazy. He can find the thread that suits his comments. He posted a comment yesterday that might have been a zinger for him, if posted in the Trump economy thread. In the Dark Ages thread, it made no sense whatsoever.

I seem to remember him being banned a few months ago for this exact same behavior. Seems like his behavior remains unchanged. Being so lonely and narcissistic that one feels the need to flood threads with unrelated material sucking Donald’s dong is Disappointing.
 
We should have a separate court system just for trump and his trials and lawsuits. Shouldn't tie up the courts and waste so much money and time on him.
