Following Potential 2026 Draftees

Cameron Carr is interesting. He's in his 3rd year, but basically red-shirted his sophomore season after hurting his thumb and then went to Baylor through the transfer portal. His physical profile makes him a guard, and you'd like to see more handling and playmaking, but he's really shooting and scoring the ball so far.

I'd say he looks like a 1st-round prospect, but he might realistically go later in the 1st round unless he shows he's more of an initiator.
He's going top 10 without question.

It's really hard to compare a wing to Garnett, who was a solid 6'11" and surprisingly twitchy. Maybe later career KG (e.g., Boston) starts to become more plausible.
Ah, you think he was comparing AJ to Garnett so it makes sense why you are confused.
He was simply saying that AJ moves and has mannerisms that remind him of Garnett at times.
Not saying they are similar players or have similar skill sets/game.

I think boozer is super talented but more in a way that isn’t ever going to have a super positive impact on winning I think he’s fourth on my big board right now

With the precedent in Boston wonder if Ainge favors the idea of pairing another elite wing with Ace.

I think any team in the NBA "favors the idea" of pairing an elite wing with just about anyone. Elite Wings are the gold standard currency of the NBA.

Okay look, the Thunder are going to get the Clippers pick unprotected. There's no way the league won't move the Jazz up in the lottery to make sure the Thunder don't get the Jazz pick as well, right? I'm thinking the league helps us this year and gives us #3 or #4. They might even give us #2.

FWIW, I think the league will probably help Dallas again, plus the Nets as well.
