ESPN Top 25 Under 25

More hot garbage from the worldwide leader. Some of these inclusions over Keyonte are major headscratchers.
Everyone can always find 1-2 names to disagree with for any list. But looking at most of the guys in the 20s on that list -Sarr, Giddy, Ausar Thompson, Suggs, Dyson Daniels - I don't think that their teams would trade them for Keyonte. Keyonte is good but there are like 30-35% of the NBA who are under 25. That's a lot of competition.

You have to think about it this way: Keyonte plays on the NBA farm team. I mean, how many AAA baseball players are on the list? Yep.
But that is the Jazz who turned themselves into the NBA farm team. The Thunder are in a similarly small and undesirable market but they managed to become a consistent powerhouse.

I think it's pretty egregious for the type of analysis they are doing here. The only stats they refer to are per game counting stats and Keyonte would be 7th on this list in PPG and and 4th in assists.

Those are the stats listed, but I highly doubt that's all they considered. Many of the blurbs mention numbers outside of counting stats, and most of the people have proven track record of more sophisticated analysis. The list clearly reflects other considerations beyond per game stats.

Harper is way too low, the rest of this seems fine.

I would probably take Keyonte over Daniels and Giddey, but I don't have a problem with the others.

OKC does not carry the Utah stigma. No one ever said "you go play in OKC".
