Indiana, Washington and Brooklyn are more committed to tanking than the Jazz, especially if Brooklyn trades MPJ.
The Pels should have enough talent to win some games, but it seems they never do.
Sacramento is just bad, I guess.
That makes the Jazz 6th.
We finish worse than Dallas and Charlotte. Memphis might enter the chat, but won't catch us. When the league helps Dallas again in the draft lottery, that would push us down to 7th. So hopefully, the Jazz actually move up this year.
Jazz might finish with 27-30 wins. I'd be happy if we can keep it to 25.

I've been thinking 6 for a long time, and I can definitely see the path there, but it's feeling like more of a hope than a prediction these days.
Dallas belongs in the 1st tier of committed to tanking. They will finish with a worse record than the Jazz.
An unacceptable amount of variability of whether the Jazz keep the pick or not will come down to if New Orleans is capable of beating teams that are literally trying to lose games.
