But seriously, we didn't draft a four year veteran player who was in the military who is mature, we drafted a very young player who doesn't know what he should or shouldn't say. Actually, I kind of like the honesty, I hope he keeps it up. I also hope he falls in love with Salt Lake.

Truthfully, probably at least 80% of the teams out there would have taken Burke over McCollum. Burke was very good under very bright lights in college. He also shows great leadership abilities, which is a huge part of a PG's job. I am glad we took Burke over McCollum. I liked McCollum, but I think Burke is a sure thing.

In all seriousness, it has been a long 3 years for Jazz fans, and this upcoming season could really put our Jazzfan-hood to the test. It is time for us to put our big boy pants on and Fan-up. I posted some stuff in this thread for fun, but I can see how it could be mis-interpreted, so I won't do that again.

I stand by Trey as Jazzman, he's most likely going to be the starting pg, and he's probably going to get chewed up by some of the leagues veteran pgs and he will still be the Jazz's pg. If he keeps battling I'll keep cheering.

Uh well McCollum hasn't even played in a game yet. So right now I would still choose Burke over him. In all honesty I don't see McCollum as a point guard, he's an undersized shooting guard and we know how life is when your that. I think McCollum has more bust potential then Burke. But whatever. You can't change who we drafted. Just hope for the best.
 
It's troubling that he didn't mention Utah.
But his attitude so far has been very positive here. I'm just not sure what to believe.
 
I wonder how much under kanter has watched of real game McCollum. Probably as much as he has seen of Burke which is nada. I usually pms hard on this site when expectations are not met by my standards, but trey burke being a solid player a pretty sure thing.

HE needs better pr coaching for sure, but prolly like 1 percent of nba ballers would say Utah without proper pr coaching.

You didn't. When I put things on the this internet message board I expect them to remain private not thrown out for the whole world to see. That is crazy.
 
It looks like this was created only a few hours ago. I'm going to say its a fake or hacked.. The non jazz questions are off color and do not seem to match with the person he portrays or one his parents would approve of.

Unless his twitter account was hacked, that is him.

It might not have been the most Jazz PR friendly thing to say mainly due the type of reaction that is in this thread, however personally it doesn't bother me, especially because of the other things he and his family have said after being traded to the Jazz.
