You pick Fears because he's the only guy in this class with easily projectable star upside. He's just an uncomfortable to pick because he's probably going to fail in the NBA (much more high risk than the other prospects) and because he's a well below average passer and defender for his position...

I do appreciate the Fears pick in that Fears is easily the most raw and high risk prospect in the lottery. Cody being a total failure has seemingly not encouraged them to go to safety or for immediate impact.
