Man work has been way to busy and sooo much to read the past several weeks but I know on this site and friends I know first asked me what I thought of Agbaji and last week when the trade first happened I was wondering if a more athletic Desmond Bane might be a good comp? I mean that was my...
After reading that the only thing I can think of I would have like TJ to clarify is his criticism of Gobert complaining about touches. To my knowledge he really only complained when he kept getting missed on when he felt he was open for the lob, I don't think he was calling for more touches as...
Psshh. Let me do you one better.
Don't y'all remember Dougie Fresh (aka Doug Birrell) ? He was part of the training staff, he'd been with the team since Malone had him hired and he passed away back in 2021 from cancer.
He was absolutely loved by the entire team from Donovan to Rudy and...
It's been said a few times by a few people Dok is still rehabbing his injury that is why he is not playing.
Near the end of game 1 the TV broadcast also mentioned it (think it was Holly).
Definetly more energy in this game so that was nice to see, still think Law #70 and #42 looked like the 2 worst players on the court.
The center Bruno #55 looked good but guess he's older so that would make sense. His body type reminds me of a young Favors
I still like what I have seen so far...
About the uniforms; the people complaining you do realize they are the summer league jerseys right, yes new color scheme but not the same as the regular season jerseys.
That was one of the toughest SL games to watch, I reserve judgement on Butler as I believe the outside of 2 teammates everyone...
I liked House and was hoping the Jazz could sign him to a cheap contract given he was almost out of the league last your but there's some pretty negative comments for not re-signing House ssshhheeesh.
No one knows how much interest the Jazz had in re-signing him but I'm also wondering, assuming...
Yeah people's bias can show easily sometimes.
Royce may have played 10-15min too much but Quin did help develop him and build his value to get this 1st round pick.
Just imagine that now BKN wants to undo the trade and the Jazz say okay we'll take Royce back but what you going to give us ? The price starts at another 1st round pick.
Dude same, last hour has been a complete waste as far as my productivity.
Also one of the tweets earlier was deleted wonder what it said, I think someone said Andy corrected the person who sent the tweet.
I have heard people who know the housing market here in Utah complain about the same thing, they had a name/word for them that I can't think of right now but rich people/business partners from Cali doing very similar to what you just said in the SLC and Utah Counties killing the housing market...
yeah I mean I get being upset if Fizdale was hired as a HC but just because he's not a good HC doesn't mean he can't be good in whatever FO role he's put in. Similar to some coaches are good assistant coaches but not good HC's.
But Fizdale is a big unknown in this role so can't see how...
Like a couple of others have said, the lack of player development that started 2-3yrs ago was the same time the roster shifted to more veteran and more offensive. Before that shift of win now mode it was evident that there was good player development.
So both things can be true and likely are...
Well when Quin was hired he around 47, which is not young but not old either.
To relate that to popular rumored candidates.
Alex Jensen is 46 (oh man we're born the same year)
Johnnie Bryan is 36
Griffin is 47
Not that he was a candidate but Atkinson is 55
