Yep, this has the "if half true, then..." vibe written all over it. I hope this all ends up being a good early lesson for Ace, because this kinda **** won't stop coming at him.
I listened carefully to the first part of Matt's vid, and I've read this quoted post. It all makes me feel that you have something more to share.
BTW, by my back-of-the-envelope calculation here, Omar sounds like a guy who could use one of those backhanded slaps to the nuts.
Lots to love in this post.
But I think there's an additional dimension to add here: inserting "family or important mentors" into key functional roles when they have no experience in that role AND, together as a team, trying to change the system yall are just entering........... If I bust out...
You seem to have a weird idea about what leverage is. Losing out on millions of dollars and damaging your reputation—just to play the same lottery again—doesn't sound like a good use of leverage; it sounds like losing.

I'm a little tired of the crown on Bailey's head when the the last time he impacted winning he was in some high school gym. "Best prospects" have a clear...
He needs to learn how to impact or drive winning. And one big impediment to that could be the "let him cook" idea.
Another one could be if he continues to listen to this assclown that's representing him.
I support this as a tanking strategy. At times, it seems as if Ace has no idea where anyone else is on the floor.
There are likely better options if the primary motivation is Ace's best developmental trajectory.
