My current view is that while G-Time is our best/most talented player, our most valuable player (defined as the player we could least afford to lose) would be either Favors or Burke.
The way we started the season and how we have played since would seem to indicate that Burke would be the man...
#1 Secure a top five draft pick in 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#2 Play the young guys big minutes!
#3 Wait until 2014 to spend money in free agency.
Last year's team and anything we could do this year, was and is not good enough to compete for a championship. The only way the Jazz will...

Please tell me Jazz either trade up for PG they *really* want (McCollum/Burke) or go BIG at 14 (Dieng) and take one of the leftover PGs/BAP at 21. Isn't that their better option, considering...
Who here really expects us to go 2-0 at Minnesota and at Memphis and for the Lakers to lose at home to Houston (who are locked in to their seed)?

Just kidding. Even with how horrible things looked last night and how frustruated I get with the coaches and players, I am glad we have the Jazz. I have to remind myself that it is entertainment.
If the Jazz were not around, I would be stuck with rooting for the Utes BBall team! :(
First post so be kind :)
I saw that the Nets used the amnesty clause on Travis Outlaw. Think the Jazz would have interest in putting in a bid? I always thought he looked good when he was with Portland. He could fill a need at the 3 spot. I would also prefer him to Josh Howard. Comments ...
