Dumb post is dumb.
Who on our team is an all-star caliber player? IMO Favors is pretty close to his ceiling and Burks could grow but I'm not seeing all star. Why is anyone on a team who got what 25 wins untouchable? If you think Wiggins or Parker (Preferably Wiggins) will be a multiple all star type player why not go after them?

You are underestimating our young players. Other then Burke, I can make a case for all of them.
Favors is not at his max yet. His offense has improved leaps and bounds the last two years. His footwork has also just started to improve, and starting to develop a 10-15 foot jumper that should continue to develop, and let's see what he can do in his second full year of playing 30 minutes or more.
Kanter has yet to get the consistent minutes Favors got last year. The offense should get better playing 30 minutes a game, and maybe with a decent coach he can learn the concept of help defense and be pushed to give more effort on that side of the court.
With Burks it's simple. He has all of the physical tools it takes to be a very good player. The question is can he develop the mental side of the game. Like Kanter he hasn't gotten the consistent starter minutes Favors and Hayward have received. Harden didn't take off until he was traded to Houston and became a starter. For all we know Burks would just take off in a starter role getting 30 minutes a game.
Hayward is close. He was one of three players to get 15/5/5 last year. Hayward was put into a position he's never been in before in the pros. Teams believed if you stop Hayword you stop the jazz. There was rarely a time where he found himself wide open. He had to shoot it in a hurry and on the move. Also the jazz, after losing sap and Al, the jazz were forced to lean on Hayward. Favors offense wasn't ready yet. Burks and Kanter were bench players. The other three could all be in the starting lineup, and be improved over last year this coming year. I could easily see Burks and Kanter as the # 1&2 options on the team, leaving Hayward as the third option and getting back to being a spot up shooter and slasher/playmaker.
Add some solid role players, and this team might be set.
Also, what if we just draft Embiid at 5... We can just redshirt him his rookie season becaues we'd still have Favors and Kanter with Gobert on the bench then the next year trade Favors or Kanter, either one would get us a solid vet/draft pick to further build this team.
This is still a very young team and needs time to develop as a team. Championships aren't built in a day, unless you can sign King James.
