Lakers schedule is brutal. They may not win another game. And I wouldn't put those Philly games in the W column just yet for Boston. Celtics have been doing just enough to lose. Boston wins 2x; Jazz pick up victories over NO and Lakers. I could honestly see Lakers, Jazz and Celtics ending in a 3-way tie at 25-57.
NO at UTA, another tricky bullet we need to dodge.

Biggest game of season tonight. Win and Lakers definitely come back into play. Lose (with a Boston win) and we're setting up for at least a tie for 4th/5th.

Didn't really matter. GS is NOT going to fall beneath Memphis, Dallas AND Phoenix. Those teams all have games left against each other while Warriors schedule is very easy.

Orlando's schedule is about equal to Utah's. I don't see them making up a 2-game gap. But if Utah can lose their remaining 7 games, you never know!
Detroit is likely out of reach. The good news is they play Boston tomorrow on a back-to-back. And the Pistons are motivated to tank. Their pick is top-8 protected, IINM. They need to fall another spot (behind Sacramento) just in case a team from 9-14 gets lucky in the lottery.
As for the Lakers, yep, have to cheer for them. They have a brutal schedule to finish. They need to pull off a surprise victory somehow against a WC playoff team or @ Utah.

I agree. It is unlikely but still possible. I say about a 20% chance that Utah ties them now. I'm pulling for every little thing. Utah would have to lose the rest of their games to have any shot of that.
