Gordon is making $13M so Williams + Rush certainly fits. So does a deal for Prince or with Phoenix for Okafor. There are a few others that also work financially but are implausible (like Jefferson/Rush for Boozer). I detailed all players teams might be willing to deal (that are making >$3M) in a separate thread. Not included were blockbuster deals that might include any of our core5.

What it comes down to is "it takes two to tango." We're assuming teams actually value MW and RJ more than any other comparable player they might be able to get for half the salary.

Certainly your idea of trading for Gordon is solid, as is infection's of trading for Prince. In Charlotte's case, though, MW's play suffered when he was starting next to Al last season. Would Charlotte even want to consider that deal?

I haven't watched the bobcats at all really this season, but I think Marvin would be fine there. Their coach sounds like he knows what he is doing with playing jefferson. I've also heard that Jefferson and Marvin were buds or something so that's a little more incentive. Has Gordon been hurt at all this year? I don't know how he is as a player.
