That is a common sight in a lot of Western states like ID, UT, TX, NV, MT and WY. Lots of people are very anti government and stay completely "off the grid". Then their kids finally get old enough to run and they have nothing. Literally. Takes them forever to get even a little progress.

It looks like she has a lawyer (presumably working pro bono) and now it seems her father has come around in helping her get identification documents.

She has big light colored eyes. Just 1 looks bigger than the other here. From the eyebrows down she looks hot. She looks like the type of person if she did some makeup and do her hair she would be an 8/10 at least imo.
