Thats possible, but Barnes already has much better fundamentals,skills, and instinct that Jones may never develop. I think Barnes will really improve his handle and become a much better attacker because of it.

So by your reasoning Ronnie Price is a better pro than say Stockton. Give me Barnes any day over Jones.

He may have a slightly better handle, but can't shoot. So you end up with the Ronnie Brewer and AK effect, meaning teams can back off and the player becomes dead weight on offense except for slashing without the ball.

If this has already been posted I'm sorry. I was just on nbadraft.net and both Sullinger and Barnes ane not on their mock draft. As far as I know no announcements have been made by ether player that they aren't going pro. Has anyone heard anything on ether player

Isn't Barnes only a freshmen?
His shot looks a lot smoother than most seniors.
He can develop ballhandling. But to me, with his athleticism, shot, and length, he looks like a young Durrant.

Sullinger did not withdraw, but said he would not declare. So still a slight chance he might come in. Barnes like a lot of the others is taking his time. Definitely premature to take him off the mocks.
Thats a little much comparing him to Durant, but if he is on the board still at 6 we got to take him, but looks like he will be gone by then.

Correct about Sullinger. There is a distinction between withdraw and not declaring. But Barnes is not taking his time. He's healing. Show some respect.
