Odom is projected as a small forward, but can also play both guard spots. Left Rhode Island after his sophomore year, in which he averaged 17.6 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game. There has been some question of his work ethics, at 6-9 and 230 lbs, if you look at all the guys in the draft, he's a guy that can help his teammates get open shots and looks. Odom can get into the post and score over players. If he's double-teamed, he can find the open man on the perimeter, also Odom can help you bring the ball up the floor.

Terrence Jones
Kentucky
SF/PF

Jones makes prudent decisions passing out of double teams, possessing a multi-faceted set of skills. Sometimes he is forced into the post out of necessity for UK, regardless Jones has done an admirable job playing out of his comfort zone. Displays good patience down low, with surprisingly good footwork and ability to finish over either shoulder. Despite being 6-9 and weighing 244 lbs, Jones has instant fast break potential with his ability to handle and push the rock in transition. Averaging 15.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, and 1.5 assists per game as a freshman.

Interesting. What's the deal with his unorthodox shot? It doesn't look off to me, but then again, Ronnie Brewer is my benchmark, so anyone's shot will look better.

If im Orlando, I pull a Utah and send him to New Jersey. He, Dwill, and Outlaw. Wow what a core :) And why would Orlando do Howard any favors? Bynum=bad knees, Odom can be a difference maker but he's 31, Artest has taken a step back, since joining LA. and the pick is not even worth talking about.

I would still be more inclined to deal him for Lopez, Humphries, Morrows, Picks and Money. Orlando gets younger and a few decent pieces with potential.

I dont claim to be an expert, but I have watched a lot of T Jones. Really his only weakness is his shot. watch enough an dyou will be able to tell. He can of winds up on it. He needs to pull the trigger much faster in the NBA. This is strictly with his set up jump shots. Around the rim he is very fluid.
 
DraftExpress have us drafting Biyimbo at #6 and Leonard at #12. The athleticism would have been taken care of but we would still need to find shooting somewhere

Relentless competitor. Will play sick and injured. Something we haven't had @ SF for a really long time. It would be so refreshing to see a Utah Jazz SF play with some intensity, strength, and toughness after watching so many years of the complete opposite.

Can jump out the gym, run like a deer, lock people down defensively, and can finish at the rim as well as anyone in college. I'd love this draft if we ended up with some size (Biyombo or someone big) and Leonard.

We'd still really lack a good outside shooter. But I'm not really sure there are many of those in this draft... At least this year we hopefully can address size, interior defense, and speed on the perimeter.
