I am not so high on DWill2 after watching this video. We need someone who can stretch defense with outside shooting and create off the dribble finishing with midrange jumper. He looks to me as quick PF rather than powerful SF. We already have guys that able to collapse defense now we need someone who can score of it.

I am leaning this way too.

And again that highlight reel of Williams is mostly him standing off-camera until he gets a bounce pass then he dunks it. Wow we get it he can dunk. And he can dunk over players that are very obviously below him in athleticism and talent. I want to see he can do other things. It did show a few nice moves around the basket but they were few. I know he can hit the outside shot, in that reel we saw that one time. I would hope, since he is slated as a small forward for the NBA level (or yet another under-sized athletic PF a la Elton Brand) that he has more of a well-rounded game than just dunks. And quite frankly none of the dunks except that one-hander were all that impressive either. Just about every single collegiate player with the ball in his hands and no opponents jumping can dunk the ball then smile real big. Also, and most concerning, is he didn't look very fluid and he seemed to just bowl his way through the lane haphazardly. I know this is partly learning the game, but he doesn't seem to use his athleticism very well and seems a little uncoordinated. A couple of those put-backs were simply luck of the bounce, no precision at all.

I supposed in this draft he is probably the top guy and I would do anything but complain if we could land him. But in a deeper draft, say even in D Will's draft, he is really nothing higher than a mid to late lottery pick. I certainly don't see franchise player written all over this guy. I think we would be better off using that number 1, if we got it, to trade for something more substantial.
 
Big game for Barnes. 8-13 so far and 3-5 from 3 with 23 points/4 Boards/ 1 Assist. Is this guy good defensively?
 
Barns is exactly who the jazz need. He got a good jump shot, and is athletic tipe who can create his own shot. He may not be jump out of the gym athletic but he is smooth with a silky smooth J. If him and Williams are both available when there pick comes up I would want Barnes, and not because I'm watching him play right now. I've felt this way since the trade that landed us the nets pick. We need a wing in the worst way that can hit a J in the worst way. After that I want ether Nolan Smith or Brandon Knight or Burke in that order.

If he keeps playing like this and the Nets keep winning then we won't have a shot at him.
