2011 draft.....

Man, if the Jazz draft Derrick Williams and then give him a #8 jersey I won't have to get rid of mine! That's it then, this MUST BE DONE!

Hmm. If the Jazz do remain with the 6th pick then it really may be between Vesely and P. Jones. Vesely appears to play with more attitude. But just too unsure right now. Have to wait for combine and workouts.

And before that the Jazz will know the actual draft order so hopefully we'll be deciding between D.Williams and Barnes.

Despite Williams' breakout game, I still prefer Barnes because he has a true position in the NBA. Having said that, I will be happy with either one.

I was thrilled Williams had such an attention stealing game because I too lean toward Barnes. The Jazz have a logjam at pf and unlike Williams there's no question IF Barnes can play sf.

I did see the big Dwill2 block on Youtube, but didn't see the game.

How was his defense overall?

The scouting report on him says he's not and won't be a stopper, but he has good fundamentals and puts in good effort, so at worst he won't be a liability. The problem with a guy like Jimmer is not only does he have no tools to guard anyone in the NBA, he has no fundamentals and puts in 0 effort. Jimmer is going to make Jason Kapono look like Ron Artest in his prime on D.

How does Utah get Kyrie Irving?

Utah trades both Lottery Picks, Paul Millsap, and Raja Bell to Cleveland for the #1 pick (Kyrie Irving) and Antawn Jamison.

Cleveland gets a starting PF, an inexpensive veteran that can mentor their young ones, 3 lottery picks (including the Clippers one) that will allow them to build faster, and saves $3 million dollars in salary that can be used for free agents

Utah gets its new PG of the future, who can learn from Devin Harris for a year; gets rid of Raja's salary and the playing time can go to Hayward and Miles; Antawn Jamison is an expiring contract who has still got game, provides a veteran presence, can mentor Favors, and can come off the bench (unlike Millsap) at the 3/4 to allow the proper starting line-up of Okur and Jefferson. Utah's future of Favors, Irving, and Hayward is not a bad threesome.

Yes....

Because Tony Parker, Steve Blake, Duron Williams, Andre Miller, Jason Barrera, Devin Harris, Ty Lawson, Chris Rock, Steve Nash, Mike Bibby, Baron Davis, Mo Williams, Jameer Nelson, Jason Terry, Raymond Felton, Stephen Curry, Jonny Flynn, Brandon Jennings, Beno Udrich, Jose Calderon, and Gilbert Arenas are such lockdown defenders....
