No action at trade deadline means no playoffs is a complete disaster, and I think the FO will view it this way too. I think it would put Ty on the hot seat because they stuck their necks out to keep his team together.

And to think that if we tanked last year, we might've gotten Lilliard with a little creative dealing. Management must be content so long as we make the playoffs -- if we do this year -- instead of trying to build for the future.
