Okay... here goes. I warned about PKM prima donna coming out, but the lid just popped off.

- Yes, I have a real estate license. I need one because, well, it's the law.
- That website I posted? I am the developer of that project.
- That project was selected by Disney to shoot High School Musical II as the most beautiful country club they visited out of 300+ searching for the perfect spot.
- That project makes about number 160 real estate developments I have done in my career.
- I made more money by 26 years old, I bet, than you will ever see in your lifetime.

- My grandfather player for Kentucky.
- I am a 3rd generation Kentucky booster.
- I rode the team plane to all away games for years.
- I have come to personally know every UK player since about 1993.
- I have open communication with the UK A.D., all the coaches, and dozens of scouts.

Several here can attest to all of this. I won't name names, but if they choose to do so, they may.
