Zbone seems like a fun person to spend time with.

How the **** are you guys going to kick out the commissioner? You dumb ****s! I hate all of you! I choose Derrick Favors though.

Great pickup, considered him as well with my last pick.

Also good player. But I'll bet he's not Utah's darling plus people don't know he's actually a good defender and inefficient shooter. Really interested if this laser eye correction he did will help him going forward...

Michael Conley

Real good pick. He's one of the best defensive Point Guards. Good finisher from all distances and good facilitator.
Much better than Rubio, Holiday, Lillard, Nash and Lawson who were picked up earlier.
Holiday is maybe the worst offensive point guard in the league with an Off Rtg of 99 together with Rubio. Both are good defender, but have sloppy ball handling skills to offset their passing skills.
Lillard, Nash and Lawson are so bad defensively, especially on the pick and roll. Wouldn't have touched them ever.

Btw: I like the drama that developed over night. I slept 7 hours and 15 new pages is kind of strong.

Conley is OK when all you need from your PG is being able to bring the ball up the court and throw it to your two bigs who happen to be also two of the best passing bigs in the league.
I am not sure also if comparing PG by their ORtg makes sense. Rondo with his 101 didn't get too far from being "one of the worst offensive PG" title as well.

bro bro bro i don't mind holiday's ortg. his teammates was Spencer Hawes, Evan Bust Turner, Lavoy Allen and thad young. So his best teammate was thad young. He's good he puts up 17.6 pts 8 asist last season with this stupid roster and made the all star team. Some games he single handedly take his team to the victory. I watched lots of Philly games thanks to nba league pass and i know that the advanced stats doesn't work on bad teams.

He's a beast and top 5 defensive pg

Reason his Off Rtg is so low is because Rondo isn't an safe ballhandler. 3.9 TO/game, or 22.6% of his possessions when he's used in 21.5% of all possessions.
Chris Paul for example has a huge one of 127, because he's as good a passer as Rondo, but only turning it over 13.9% of the time when being used 22.6% of all possessions when he's on the court. Plus he can finish way better than Rondo. He shoots 12% better at the rim, 12% better between 3 and 10 ft. Between 10 and 16ft Paul shoots 19% better. On a similar sample size/game (The closer shots Paul shot more frequently) Rondo outperformed Paul by 4% between 16ft and the 3pt line. Behind the arch it's Paul again having a 8% edge(12% eFG%).
So it's Rondo being inefficient.

Truth is Conley is clutch as well, he hit big shots for the Grizz last season.
He is a better ballhandler, better finisher and almost as good a defender as the aforementioned Rubio and Rondo. He has quick hands and manages to stay in front of nearly every defensive assignment he's given.
Say what you want, he's solid to good in all areas, and that's what makes him very valuable overall compared to guys who can only play 1 side of the court.
This really shows how smart he plays:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1orzy-VEgq0

He posted 55% TS% last year. His 30% AST% is above average for point guards, not elite though. 15% TO% while being used 21% is much better than Rubio and Rondo.
He's also 36% from behind the arc and 2.2 steals/game ain't too shabby either.
His shooting %s at the rim and near to the rim are a little bit below Rondo's but that's offset by averaging more free throws per game and converting more of them.
But the deciding factor is his defense. He's a 2nd Defensive Team player this last season and at 27 he's not declining...
Complete game and Chris Paul light over the big flaws of Rondo and Rubio every game of the week.
