2013 Chicago Combine May 15-19

Chad Ford @chadfordinsider Kelly Olynyk. 24.5" standing vert. 29.5" max vert. 3.59 sec sprint. 11.42 lane agility.

Chad Fords Draft/Lottery game has had the Jazz drafting Olynk for the past two weeks. With short arms, poor agility and slight jumping ability Olynyk could be a Jazz man.....@21 but no way at 14.

Scott Howard-Cooper @SHowardCooper Latest draft hit for Shabazz Muhammad: Several execs say they would not be surprised if he falls out of the lottery.

That would shock me. But there have been more questions lately with him than answers and that could be contributing to the fall.

Olynyk is a good pick if you know that a team like Atlanta or Boston wants him and then you could trade him and get their pick(s).

actually I am starting to like schröder more than McCollum.

I'm not there yet. Unless by liking Schroder more it means that a team ahead of the Jazz draft him and McCollum falls to 14--Then yes absolutley I like Schroder more.

I'd love to see a McCollum Schroder work-out for the Jazz, but McCollum's agent won't let that happen unless Schroder gets a ton of hype and McCollum comes sliding out of the Combine.

I would do a back flip and land perfectly on my face if he was there at 14.

seriously LOL at Kelly's 15% body fat.

Kelly has had a foot injury since the last half of the season. Hard to stay in shape with that. Still a good pick in the 2nd round if you are looking for a stretch 4/5.

Ryan Kelly is an intriguing player but I think he might be a guy you target after no one drafts him.

God damn those suck. But if there's anything I've learned from Blake Griffin (vs. Tyler Hansbrough), Steph Curry, or Gordon Hayward, these measurements don't always mean a whole lot. But damn. I have a tough time believing he won't take a tumble after this (paired with his poor wingspan).

Olynyk may have had ****ty athletic numbers, but he looked great from what I saw and heard in the drills. Excellent footwork, shooting, and dribbling.

My crystal ball says that Olynyk and Adams are going to basically switch places in the draft (swapping from late lottery to mid-20's).

yeah, I wonder if basketball skill may have something to do with ones ability to play as well. I doubt very seriously guys like Love or Z Randolph tested very well.
